That Girl Who Bakes began at a kitchen counter with a single loaf tin, a fudge brownie recipe that refused to be shared, and friends who kept asking for “just one more”. The tins went out in paper bags, then in boxes, then to people we’d never met.
Today the rhythm is simple: one active bake at a time, everything made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf. If it’s in your hands, it was in the oven this week.

When can I order?
The active pre-order window is shown on the home page and pre-order page. It is controlled from the Bake Schedule.
How does the weekly rotation work?
The active collection follows the repeating Bake Schedule. The cycle can contain any number of collections and repeats automatically.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is created through the secure checkout after you complete the available payment method.
Can I mix products?
Yes, where the active collection allows it you can adjust quantities with the plus and minus controls.
Do you deliver?
Choose Collection or Delivery during checkout. Delivery address, available date/time and any configured delivery rate are handled with the order.
